Guests

Generally, ten guests are allowed per membership, however during weekends in May and June only four guests per membership are allowed due to typically high attendance. If you would like to bring more than four guests on a weekend date in May or June, you may request permission from a Board Member. Please call the club during open hours for more information or email the Social Director.

​GUEST ENTRANCE INFORMATION

• Adults: $5.00 each 
• Children under 18: $5.00 each
  Under one-year-old: Free

In order to gain access to the club, grounds, swimming pool and tennis courts, the above fees must be submitted and the following waver must be submitted.

​Waivers for guests under 18 are not valid unless signed by the parent or legal guardian. Lifeguards will not allow guests into the club without valid waivers. 

GUEST PARTIES
Members who wish to book a party must contact the Social Director.

​MEMBER GUESTS RULES

• Guests must be accompanied by a member who is in attendance at all times and must follow all club policies and rules.
• Guests shall pay the entrance fees, sign in the guest book (giving their name, address, the member's name), and sign the Liability Waver.
• The Board may limit social or club events to only CGSRC members.
• Private-paid camps, workshops, or lessons require prior approval of the CGSRC Board and are not covered by the Guest Policy.
• The Board may immediately suspend entry privileges to any person who threatens the safety of anyone at the club.
