Annual General Meeting
The College Greens Cabana Club's annual member meeting - also known as the Annual General Meeting or AGM is held in September. This is a great opportunity to meet the board members, get a report on 2022 activities, and an update on
finances. This meeting will also include a vote for the 5 open board seats. See agenda on the Board Meeting page once posted.
If you would like to run for one of the 5 open board positions, please submit your name to the Board President (president@collegegreens.net) no later than September 9th to be included on the ballot. If you do not submit your name by the deadline, you may still nominate yourself at the meeting.
Please note that Board members are elected to a seat on the Board, not a specific position. Once the 9 members are elected, the Board collectively discusses and agrees on which members will fulfill specific positions. This is a very collaborative process and we never require a member to fulfill a role they are not well-suited to. If you have any questions about what it’s like to be on the Board, please feel free to contact one of us.
