Rental Information

The clubhouse and/or grounds may be rented for private parties, school functions, or meetings. Rental fees for members are affordable and remain to this day one of the many key privileges bestowed on our members. Fees for non-members and other miscellaneous entities vary based on the level of service required. The chart below exemplifies the fee schedule.

Member: Pays for and personally hosts entire function for private use.
Non-member: (including inactive members or members charging guests)
Youth: Scouts, schools, sport teams (children's groups)

All rates subject to change.

Alcohol: All parties serving alcohol must pay for a security guard employed by the Club.

Cleaning Fees/Breakage Deposit:
$100 / less than 100 people
$200 / more than 100 people

Off-Hours: If the pool is to be used when it is closed to the general membership, one or more of the Club's lifeguards must be employed for pool supervision.

Table and Chair Rental: Members may rent table and/or chairs for their own personal use in in their own home.
