Hello College Greens Families
Please join me in welcoming Jason Raney as our new Operations Director!! Sharing the position with Jason is Won Chang. Jason and his wife Shannon, along with Won and his wife Michelle bring with them a wealth of knowledge and they take great pride in our club. Thank you for stepping up and welcome to the board!

 Kids Camp Out
Mark Your Calendars!!!!
June 4th: 6pm - 9am.
Activities include: water games, munchies, a movie and the annual Camp Out T-Shirt contest. *Cost: $10/kid* Set up @6pm* Clean up before 9am Sunday* This event is for children 12 and under. Cabana Club Art Camp
 Children, ages 5-12, are welcome to attend this fun and creative summer art camp at the Cabana Club hosted by JULIE BORGOGNO (aka, Mrs. B, best ever, and incredibly missed former librarian from Bancroft Elementary!). After each session an art show will be held for the entire club to enjoy!
Session 1 is "Thinking Outside of the Box" Art from everyday materials
Session 2 is "Reproductions" Art from the masters

MANAGER!
Hi
everyone, I’m Evan Wisheropp, the Pool Manager for the Cabana Club. I’d
like to take the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a student at
Humboldt State University, studying Natural Resource Planning. I’ve
been a member of the club ever since I was one month old, and was on
the swim team here for 11 years. I began life guarding here five years
ago. I am excited to be the manager and this summer I will insure that
we not only have the highest qualified guards, but also, that the
grounds will always be kept clean for our guests and members. If you
have any ideas, thoughts, or suggestions, I’d be glad to hear them. You
can usually see me around the pool, but I can also be reached at evanwish@gmail.com

for all the swim team parents out there, I am a photographer and
can take great action shots of your kids racing across the pool at swim
meets so you can focus on cheering. For more information on my

4th of July Sparktacular
 Mark your calendars
for July 2 and start testing recipes for your entry into this year’s
Cabana Club Bake-Off! Bring your favorite dessert the night of
the festivities and enter it for all to enjoy and vote for their
favorite. We will also have our annual pie eating contest, and of
course the wonderful display of fireworks featured by Dave and
Steve. Festivities begin at 7:00p with fireworks at dusk.
GET FIT AT THE CLUB
Tennis:
The next round of Tennis courses are set to begin on Sunday, May 29th.
Course schedule for these 5 week sessions are: PeeWee 9:30 - 10
a.m. (new course); Jr. Clinic 10 - 11 a.m., Jr. Beginner 11
- 12 noon, PeeWee 12 - 12:30. There are a few spots available in each course.
To register, visit the Club website, fill out a tennis registration
form, include payment and drop in the secure mail slot at the
Club. Yes, it is that easy to sign up! Clinic dates, time, and prices can be found on the Tennis web page. If you have questions regarding the upcoming tennis program, please e-mail Lisa.
Club House Rental
The club is a great place for those summer birthday parties. If you are interested in booking a party, please contact Jolie Torres. For those of you that have already booked a party this season, please have contracts and payments in at least 1 week prior to your party. Thank you.
