CHECK IN 


ATTIRE

  • Wear only conventional swimming attire while swimming. No cut-offs or underwear allowed in the pool. 
  • Children in diapers are not allowed in the big pool and should use the kiddie pool. Swim diapers are allowed in both pools.


SAFETY

  • Running, pushing, dunking, ball throwing, or spitting in the pool area is not allowed.
  • Children under ten years must be accompanied by an adult unless it is recorded on their information sheet that they have passed an acceptable swimming test.  Children under ten years that have not passed an acceptable swimming test are considered "non-swimmers".
  • Non-swimmers are not to go in the water deeper than armpit depth.
  • Swimmers 5 years of age and under MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times, meaning the parent must be IN THE WATER with the child.
  • Inflatable flotation devices and some water toys will not be permitted. Lifeguards may approve certain flotation devices, ONLY when a small child is with a parent.
  • No glass or pets are allowed in the pool area.
  • Swimmers with bandages, skin infection, or open sores are not allowed in the pool.
  • Parents are encouraged to take their children to the restroom before swimming.
  • Parents of small children must supervise and accept full responsibility of their children in the playground areas.


DIVING BOARDS 

  • A person must be as tall as 51 inches or more to use the high dive. Capable swimmers may use the low dive at the discretion of the lifeguard on duty.
  • Only one person on the diving board at a time.
  • Divers must go straight out off the end of the board and swim to the nearest ladder.
  • No double bouncing on diving boards will be permitted.


WADING POOL

  • The wading pool is to be used only by non-swimming children 6 years of age and under. It is not a duty station of the lifeguards.
  • Parents of children in the kiddie pool must accept full responsibility of their children in the wading pool and supervise them while inside the fenced area.


ADULT SWIM 

  • Adult swim will be announced by the lifeguards at 15 minutes before each hour and every evening from 6-7 p.m.
  • Special adult swim hours are available for adults 18 years and older during other specified times. No one else (including children) can be on the pool grounds during this time unless associated with  swim team practice. Note that lifeguards are NOT available during these off hours. Weekdays during regular swim season:  8:15 - 10:15 a.m. During regular swim season (in conjunction with the teen swim practice and after consulting with the swim coach  for approval before entering the water, so as not to disrupt the practice).


GROUNDS

  • Please help to keep the grounds clean for everyone's enjoyment. This includes picking up your trash, not leaving bottle caps in the grass, and recycling in the proper containers. If you see something that needs attention, please contact the lifeguard at the front desk.
  • Children playing in the playground or volleyball court must rinse off at the volleyball shower before entering either pool.
  • Please remember to put chairs and wagons back after use.
  • Bike riders will dismount before entering front gate and walk bikes to racks.
  • Skateboards and rollerblades are not allowed on Club parking lot, sidewalks, or deck.
  • Pets are not allowed on the grounds.


SMOKING

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the gates of the club and within 20 feet of entryway.


PARKING 

  • Vehicles, including motorcycles and bicycles, must be parked in the designated areas. Vehicles may not, at any time, park in the fire lane.


General Guidelines

Lifeguards are in complete charge of the swimming pool and the immediate area, and have full authority to enforce all rules which are necessary to protect the health and safety of all persons using the Club facilities. The lifeguards on duty shall prohibit any action they consider unsafe or unhealthy even though not specifically covered here or in our policies and procedure manual.

GUEST FEES 
Adults: $5 each 
Children (6-18 years): $3 each
